In the Project of Port Alaçatı; home, hotel, marina, activity and social areas, an elite life take place as a whole. It is designed to protect the environment and nature life as its priority and there are lots of preliminary factors which are unique, and also in this poject everyone can have their own piers where they can dock their boats.
Well-known French architect François Spoerry, between the years of 1968-2000 in the French Riviera, on a marshy land opposite the bay of St. Tropes, he dug canals and brought the sea in and then he planned and built the resort called ‘Port Griamud’. After the Eiffel Tower, Port Grimaud is the second most visited attraction center in France.
At the end of the 1980’s François Spoerry discovered the town of Alaçatı and he thought about developing a similar project there. Since then, this Project has been growing as an exemplary project with the presence of domestic and foreign design teams who always dream of the newest and highest quality. The stages are shaping with the requirements and tenderness of the people of the 21st century.
